Our goal is to provide a seamless shopping experience that honors the quality and craftsmanship of our traditional collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your ODHNI account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all designer tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your delivery address within 48 to 72 hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
