What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns on non-customized items within 7 days of delivery, provided the tags are intact and the garment is unworn. Please note that custom-stitched outfits and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to professional lighting during photography and variations in monitor settings, there might be a slight color difference (5-10%) between the image and the actual product.
